In India, lots of people usually have a cup of thick sweet tea to start the day. The most usual tea is still Black Tea. And the most typical type is Darjeeling Tea and Assam Tea. Someone usually add milk and spices to their tea.
“Lick tea” is one of traditional way to
enjoy tea in India. They pour some tea into cup saucer. Than lick it and take a
sip.
Most of important of all, never use left
hand to give tea ware over to other people. Because they think left hand is
dirty.

Lanka
Although Sri Lankans prefer bitter acerbic stick tea, they have famous bouquet tea in the word-Ceylon black tea. Ceylon black tea has rich floral aroma, so it is suit for making milk tea and ice tea.
Iran
In Iran, tea is a important thing not only in social contact but also in food culture. In short, tea is everything for Iranian. There have Qahvekhane (House of Coffee) and Chaykhane (House of Tea) everywhere. You can order a cup of tea on these place. And most common tea is black tea.
Usually, you can see a cup of tea with some
sugar cubes. Those sugar cubs are for placed in your mouth, than take a sip.
When sugar melt, it can remove the bitterness and let you enjoy tea’s aroma.
